There are so many good things to eat here, but I like the salads best. Usually, I design my own. There are so many fresh, delicious options that sometimes it's hard to choose. I like to combine lettuce (or spinach), veggies, some fruit, such as strawberries and mandarins, goat cheese or fresh mozzarella, a few candied nuts, a bit of quinoa and top it off with fat-free raspberry. vinaigrette dressing. They also have great sandwiches and paninis, and a vegetarian soup. You can't beat soup and salad for a healthy middle of the day treat, or a salad and a hearty sandwich for an end of the day meal.
